LAC Holdings Structure

LAC Holdings manages the Group's affairs with a high degree of transparency under regulated governance by dividing the functions that administer and audit Group management from the functions that execute operations.

Group Management Structure

The Management Committee, comprising operating officers from LAC Holdings and company directors from all Group companies, exists to respond promptly to key management decisions and resource reallocations at Group companies that affect the entire Group.

Internal Controls

The Compliance and Internal Controls Committee, which is chaired by the CEO, administers internal controls and strengthens regulation over the entire Group through LAC Holdings' management organization, which provides Group-wide support.

Social Contributions

All Group employees are considerate of the environment in which we live and take part in various environmental conservation activities.
